It's been painful so far but getting better. Lots of small sips.
I'll be going home in s couple hours.

I've done a good job walking but an even better job sleeping. I'm almost not tired anymore. Almost.

Walk as much as you can, sip water as much as you can, rest when you need to, follow your surgeons advise and be kind to yourself.

I've been walking a lot. My wife told me this morning I almost threw up at the hospital after surgery. I dont remember that at all. Apparently I was in recovery for over 3 hours.

I'm sore but I think getting better. I did get a wedge to sleep with - that helped a lot.

You'll be sore for the next couple of days. The wedge to sleep with will help a lot. And take naps whenever you need to.
