All surgeries have risks of complications. And being obese increases that risk. My heart goes out to those people. I know that there are patients who were sleeved stateside who have similar complications. Unfortunately that is the reality.

Also, I would be really interested in knowing the statistics of his complication rates based on the amounts of surgeries he performs. I know he performs a lot of them compared to some surgeons. So I would be interested to see what the actual complication rate is.
