1 Month Pass Surgery

Hello All,

Today is 1 month past surgery. I stepped on the scales today for the first time and have lost 15 pounds. That does not seem like very much and I'm not feeling it yet. I'm so glad I have your stories of encouragement to help me thru. It feels like time is standing still.

I'm not really hungry and have not had any bad cravings so I'm happy about that. I have found that water taste really good with Crystal Lite in it.

I think I just need to continue on doing the right things with eating and focus on life instead of food.

It is funny to think that we see 15 lbs in a month as not very much. You are doing great. Just keep following the plan.
