I'd love to hear from you, Cody, & Ann2 about how you've gone about this. At 6mos. I'm finding myself thinking about food the way I did pre-sleeve. "That looks good, I want some" whether my stomach is full or not. And late at night, my danger zone, I go back to those feelings of just wanting some little treat. I can eat almost anything now although I'm sticking mostly with protein and a few vegetables. But carbs here and there and a glass of wine or a nip of chocolate.... I'm still under 1,000 calories each day and exercise daily but food is seducing me again. I don't want to hijack this post, but you two are such an inspiration to me and others. Would love your tips on how you changed your relationship w food.
