The weight comes off as you continue to do what you're doing. It's hard to realize that one of the most impactful changes of the sleeve is when you eat correctly and less, this time weight comes off.
Also, as you continue to follow your sleeve program, you develop lifetime good habits; when you don't drop a pound, you will see yourself changing shape in terms of inches.
It's worth "weighting" out the stalls. But yeah, way frustrating!
I do remember crying on the phone to my nutritionist when it first happened to me. How can I be eating practically NOTHING and not lose weight?!? But then 9 months later I had lost over 80 pounds and maintained for I've lost track how many years. Maybe almost 7?
