    skinny pop individual bags
    a few almonds or pecans with a bit a raisins or craisins (this also helps the bowls. :-) TMI.

    Sunflower seeds, beef jerky, a small piece of fruit, a nonfat latte with Splenda, Oikos Triple Zero yogurt, piece of cheese.

    I have read that beef jerky increases appetite, not sure why...maybe the corn syrup? You might want to research that! Same with diet sodas and slim fast type drinks.

    Oh yes, I love corn on the cob here in NYS when it's in season it makes a great snack.
