Hello there! I am new here! I have now received confirmation and a date for my surgery! I am scheduled to have gastric sleeve surgery by 05/22/2018 😊 I will be having my surgery in Tijuana Mexico with Dr. Louisiana Valenzuela 💖 I’ve read very very good reviews so I’m very excited of course. My current weight is 210 pounds and I’m a mother of 3 boys. I have been struggling with my weight since I was way younger, I was always the “fata**” in my family, which has of course traumatized me since I was a kiddo. I have been doing diets and gym including paying a personal trainer which did not work for me. I want to know how is your experience so far? Has anyone else had dr Valenzuela? I want to know everything! I’m very very excited but also very nervous.. but I’m just ready for a new me! 😁😁

Welcome! Super excited for you. This is a life changer...literally!
I had surgery here in the states but I know a lot of people here have gone to mexico and had great experiences.
Just a suggestion for long term success from what I have read. Change the way you behave with food now. The sleeve is only a tool and it doesn't fix the head. Are you a stress eater? Like sweets? Binge eater? Figuring this out now will help in the long run! Good luck!
