It's so nice to move to soft foods. My go to's were (and still are too) - a scrambled egg with a little bit of reduced fat cheese (you will only be able to eat a 1/4 of it); greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and tuna with olive oil mayo.

    Enjoy!

Chicken/tuna/egg salad, Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, refried beans with cheese, scrambled eggs, ground beef with some pico de gallo. I would also take pretty much anything I made my family and mash it up really well. Used my manual food processor on stew or other meats. Mine only lasted 2 weeks so I did not make too much fuss about it because before I knew it I was off to solid foods.

Same as the above, plus fat free no meat chili with a whisper of low fat cheese. I finish soft on Thursday! It was 3 1/2 weeks.

I ate scrambled eggs and lentil soup all the time. I never wanted cold food, always hot.
