    Default Sugar Free Lollipops?

Can we have them as a once in a while treat or no? If so, any good recommendations as I know some artificial sweeteners are worse than others. And yes, I know they would have calories. Empty ones.

Pre OP - I used to have boxes of Blow Pops in my office that I fed practically half the company, they loved them. I think they miss them. But then of course I would also partake which was no bueno.

I have never been a "sweets hound" so I don't think it would be a "gateway drug" that would cause me to start stuffing Snickers bars down my pie hole but would like some opinions please.

    Thanks!

I don't see what the harm of sugar-free lollipops could possibly be.

I would just watch out for the amount of sugar alcohol that might be in them. Sugar alcohol can cause a upset stomach other then that I see now harm in it.

I don't think they would be much different than sugar free popsicles...which are my drug of choice. LOL. And as long as you are not eating them non stop I think that would be fine. I know that my nut said Splenda and Truvia were the sweeteners of choice.
