Red face Stall at 3 months or is it me??

So I know about the three-four week stall, but what about three months? I do own up to getting lazy about what I eat. I think I figured that I ate so little at my three main meals, that it allowed me to snack a little too much and add in extra calories. I renewed my commitment and tracked my food today. 88 grams of protein and around 822 calories. I worked on my water. I just was curious about any other members who had any stalls around this time out from surgery. Thanks!

Stalls throughout the journey are pretty common. Don't feel bad about it, sounds like you are doing really well so far. I had an almost 2 week stall, just one week after my surgery. But, now I am losing again, just at a slower pace. Keep up the good work and it will all pay off. Remember, slow and steady wins the race

Stalls can happen anytime, any place. My longest was between 6 and 10 weeks when I gained 3 pounds and sat there for a month. The problem that time was not enough fluids or calories. I was very nauseous from a medication I was taking and I had a hard time eating/drinking. Only 64ounces fluids and 600-700 calories. As soon as I stopped the medication and upped my fluids to 100-120 ounces and calories up to 1000 the stall broke and I lost 8 pounds in a week!

Get back on track with your eating!!! I have not had any long stalls (I figure its coming sooner or later) but have had slow weeks where I only dropped 1 - 2 pounds. I have been very careful with my eating (both sufficient protein and water/liquid intake) and staying away from carbs and fat and feel this is why I haven't had significant stalls. I have eaten things that were not on the program, but they were in extremely small quantities!

Keep up the good work and always keep your eyes on the prize!

    You got this.....

I am about nine weeks out and am on my third week of a stall. I am frustrated as heck. I have upped my protein and water intake and exercise and the scale is just not moving! I am stressing too that my weight loss is done and trying to stay positive. My weight seems to go down just slightly one day then back the next.

Yup. You can stall at any time. Keep your healthy eating habits going. If you start eating poorly now it is just a recipe for disaster. This is a lifestyle change. Good luck.

Stalls happen all the time. I am currently in a two month long stall. But I may be holding while my dimensions are changing. I have lost about 3 inches off my stomach in those two months and has coincided with my weight training increase. I am hoping that I am adding muscle as quickly as I am losing fat but I wont know for sure until I have my next BodPod test.

Pay attention to your measurements as much as you pay attention to the scale, that will tell you a deeper story.

Thanks everyone! I was very focused on my food this week and the scale started moving! It is so crazy to think in a couple more pounds, I will be a weight I cannot remember weighing, because it has been that long!
