My Journey started Feb 2017.

The count down has begun. Next week I will going to my 3rd Nutritionist Appt. I have also been schedules for the one on one with Doctor and Nutritionist. I have not been exercising are anything but i am going to go for it now. I have not been told how much to loose but they want us to loose and change the eating habit. I am doing great in the portion size. I am assuming I might will have my surgery in August or Sept.....

Welcome to the forum i went through 3 years of surgery prep and it took soo long as i was not loosing the weight. Since having surgery i have been in a mood of contemplation part of me thinking i should have implemented the changes sooner. Good luck and hope all goes well at your appointment

How exciting MrsBrown! You are on your way to a new you. I am pre-op as well but soon we will both be sitting on the losers bench YAY!!!!
