Sleevers,
The scale moved this morning after being stuck for a week or so, 209 lbs / 94.8 Kg / 29.1 BMI (Overweight). This scale movement has given me another nudge in the right direction, and renewed my resolve to get my exercising. Of course starting tomorrow morning. As I said, I lost a few pounds not my mind, Saturday's are for laying by the pool......

Yay! Stalls suck! And the moment the scale moves it is like a huge sigh of relief. And the exercising is going to be great but there is a need for relaxation, too!
