Hi Melanee! I am Mary and I also am scheduled for 4 months from now. This Forum has a lot of good information on it. I like the fact that I had to wait for 6 months because of the insurance. It has given me a lot of time to learn and get myself ready. I have started to go to my local pool at the Middle School to exercise. Where are you having your surgery?

Hello! I am new too. I started my journey 12/2016. Things for me moved quickly and now I have a surgery date. 04/18/2017. I have had 4 surgeries in the last two years, so surgery doesn't scare me it the after. I think i'm reading to many negatives and freaking my self out
