I was sleeved 2/14. It gets easier with each passing day. Be patient with yourself and stay on track. Congratulations! You are doing great! There is a drink I love called CORE Organic. Much easier to drink than water for me and comes in many flavors. Check it out! Watermelon/Lemon is my favorite. And the premier protein shakes for 30 grams of protein each. Strawberry Cream is my favorite followed by Chocolate. Good luck!!

Premier protein is what I'm drinking. I've mixed it with alittle SF pudding to change up the flavor to help some.

It was a long time before I started regularly getting in my water and protein. Water was harder than protein. I still struggle occasionally and I am 18 weeks out. Congrats on your new sleeve and all your success!!

That's fantastic! What a feeling that must be. Hopefully, I'll be able to share that achievement myself. It seems like the water and protein requirements are a struggle for everyone so don't beat yourself up over it. You're winning!

Hi there and thanks for sharing your tip on CORE Organic drinks. I'm not familiar with it. Where do you buy it and does it have sugar? Thanks so much and all the best!

Less than 1g per serving. See website below. My wife orders them in bulk for me.
