Just stick to the pre op diet as best you can, do what they tell you to do and you will be bouncing around in no time. I had mine on the 19th Sept. Was off pain meds by day 4. Have felt tired at times but, hey, my body just had a big op and I just found out I need more protein. Feeling good now.
