What favor and what brand do most people use for protein powder

Hi there! I have the isopure unflavored protein powder, but don't use it. I like the premier protein already made drinks and the atkins lift protein drinks. All the flavors are pretty good.

The main one I use is Body Fortress Whey Protein I get at Walmart. 2 scoops equals 60 grams of protein! Last night I added 2 scoops to a cup & half of protein almond silk plus 4 ice cubes and blended in my ninja for what was like a milk shake full of 58 grams of protein!! I could not even drink the whole thing but it tasted good.

Both the chocolate & vanilla are good and a large container is under $18 and lasts a while. I got some Muscle Milk Light powder but have not tried yet. Will let everyone know after I have some. It is 50 grams per 2 scoops - less than Body Fortress.

Remember, your body can only use 30 gms of protein at a time. Anything over that is wasted.

Funny. My doctor says to get 60-70 daily and I get even more some days. So I guess different doctors say different things......
