Was anyone here banded and was unbanded due to acid reflux? Were you converted to the sleeve? If so, did you continue to have reflux? If so, Is it as bad as it was with the band? Please respond, I'm desperate to know so that I could decide which surgery I want to go with. I know that RNY is better for me to have and I want the sleeve, but I can't live with the acid reflux like I had with the band. Thanks!!

I am having the sleeve done, I also have occasional reflux, My surgeon told me it could get worse after the sleeve and if it did then I would have to go back in for the RNY.
