How are you doing with liquids? I'm about a week in front of you. Hope you're doing good getting back into the swing of things.

Sept 2016 - 234 - What I weighed 2002 when I met my Wife
Nov 2016 - 220 - Weight at high school graduation, 1995.
Aug 2017 - 200 - 1 year from surgery date
UMass student at 39 years old? Hell yes I did!

Congrats on your surgery! This is a great place to get information and support for those days that you feel like you have made a mistake. at the end of week 4 right now and I will say that eating gets easier but my body lets me know if I eat too fast or too much.
Highest Wt: 299 (2010)
Pre-Op Diet: 274; (08/01/2016)
Day of Surgery: 264 (08/06/2016)
Goal weight: 180 lb
After Surgery:
1 day: 266
1wk: 252.1 (08/25/2016)
2nd wk: 245 (09/01/2016)
3rd wk: 243 (09/08/2016)
4th wk: 242 (09/16/2016)

I am about 6 days Post Op now... and at home..
So far ive been ok.. the drain site where they pulled the drain out is a little red.. but im keeping it clean and butterfly bandage together..
Other than that the biggest difference for me is swallowing my liquids.. if i take too big of a drink it feels like indigestion going down..
do you feel that too? I think its getting better, or I am getting better at just sipping..
