Miserable.....cramping......some belching.....Trying to keep my eye on the prize.....tell me its worth it
I'm 4 days post op and I was saying the same thing! You got this and yes it does get easier, remember it's not a quick easy fix and don't expect it to be. The sleeve is a tool and works if you use it correctly. Walk walk walk. Get the gas moving around. Each day that past was easier then the one before. If you need anything or have questions just message me. You'll get through this stay positive!
Fight the good fight! I'm joining you in a couple weeks.
Oh you will quickly find this has been more than worth it. You simply cannot put a price on getting your life back, not to mention your body and health. I'm 9.5 months post-op, and am 4 lbs away from hitting the century mark. Still got 25lbs to go until I hit my goal, but you will quickly get to a point where you realize that through all the stalls and roadbumps, you WILL get there. It's just a matter of time. Good luck to you, and welcome to the loser's bench.
