What I packed for surgery with dr Almanza in Mexico

I'm not very good at navigating on this website yet so I apologize if I have not responded to some.
I am 3 days post-op. Breath spray worked well in hospital because you can have nothing ! So I used my spray & rinsed mouth with water & spit it out. So bring spray ! Def a heating pad. Gas x strips as well . And I was in room with 3 other people for the night, so my ear plugs & eye mask came in handy !
At hotel alcohol wipes were a must to get all the sticky stuff off every morning from the bandages . So pick up a box for $2 at Walmart!
Also, 2 days after surgery you go for a X-ray. The stuff they make you drink there gives you the shits. So don't trust a fart ! Bring a pkg of wipes with you, cuz it may hurt a bit to reach behind and wash
Bring enough undies cuz there is no washing machine at hotel.
And if your checking luggage , pack some mr. Freeze pops &

For a fridge when you get to hotel. Popsicles have been the best so far !

I did fine. Leaving the hotel this morning. Grateful to have the Imodium with me!
