I lost so much weight in the first 2 weeks, went in for my post op and my dr. said your healed go ahead and eat real food! I was like WHAT?? I was so happy. I thought I would have to do the liquid then soft then solid...I wasn't supposed to be on food from the book til July 20th! That is why I know my weight has slowed down. I went from 400-500 calories a day to 900-1300 a day...still so much less than 2000-2500 I was eating before and if wine was involved that night it was even more! LOL
