What does one wear to 'hold up" the extra skin ? Mine is flapping around especially at the stomach area. I am not crazy about surgery...I was hoping some kind of garment would work.
Have you tried Spanx?
I personally like the compression girdles (fajas). You can find on Amazon and look for fajas Colombianas or fajas Mexicanas.

"Today is another day to get it right!"
I've just started and nowhere near goal but in preparation in going back to work I've have purchased some on ebay. My stomach fells so much better with the binder on it..but not something I'd wear outside. I have found that it does give me the support to sleep on my side..not all night but find sleeping on my back isn't going to happen. So, at least for me shape wear along the journey sounds like a good idea. I found some great deals on ebay. .got a slimpressions cami for $9..and spanx varies forms under $20. Granted I have to much time on my hands right now and can hold out for great deals. But on some sites these go for $72 ..so I'm happy with my purchases. They will to big in time and that's great. But anything that helps this journey is worth it...A little confidence booster never hurt Note..yes it is an expense but being in Management. .I can't be frumpy.
