Starting weight: 303.8 lbs
Current weight: 288.0 lbs (2 lbs under where I wanted to be on day of surgery!)
I'm continuing to lose weight, and it's no longer water weight! It's about 1/2 lb a day, and it fluctuates a bit, but still drops at my morning weigh-in most days. I have to say this diet is really not bad. The shakes are like milkshakes, and I've been adding workouts this week. Six miles on a bike machine 3-4 times a week. (I say 3-4 because I'm going today, but the gym isn't open till 2 pm, so until I've done it, it doesn't count!)
I also think I'm adding some muscle mass, because my clothes are fitting better than I would have expected at my current weight. Yesterday I wore a shirt that I haven't been able to wear in I think at least two years. And it fit really well!
My energy level is a lot higher too. No more afternoon naps! I might have an "afternoon rest" where I lie down for a few minutes, but I'm not going to sleep, just kind of de-stressing, and right back up and on to the next thing.
