Finally hit 199 a couple weeks ago, that makes it 72 lbs in just under 5 months but the scale has budged since....I assume I am going to hit a stall here and there, anyone else experience the same?

I am almost three years out and only have thirty labs to go...I've been at my current weight for an entire year...does not matter what I do, run, weights...and I am a strict low carber.

When I experience a stall I stay OFF the scale! I measure instead and find that I'm losing inches and I'm down another size.

It has helped me to carb cycle. I only do strict low carb, like 25-35 a day for 2 weeks then back to normal. Otherwise your body gets used to living on that low number and you see the stalls. That worked well for me before. I am in the midst of losing my last 20 lbs (still...) and am hoping it works again.
