not really confused just a little nervous I guess. I just went to the first meeting I haven't went to doctor yet my appointment is for June 29th and I just want to get all ups and downs on this . So any thing you can tell me would me good I want to know the ups and downs. thanks

Welcome!
This is hands down the best decision I ever made for me and my health. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!
I had a lot of co-morbidity...Insulin dependent diabetic 40+ years, HBP, knee and feet issues, etc. I no longer have these problems. I hope they stay away. Diabetes and HBP are genetic and may return to a lesser degree, according to my Drs.
So for me, there are no "downs".
Of course you're nervous. It's perfectly normal to feel nervous/scared. This is a lifestyle changing decision!
I highly recommend watching Dr Matthew Weiner on YouTube. His videos may answer a lot of your questions.
