Need more energy

Almost a year out and want to sleep all the time help

I am in the same boat. I am 6 weeks post op. I manage to work but not much else. I don't cook, clean much I am just tired. I am consuming around 42 grams of protein and taking vitamins. I can come home from work eat an ounce of tuna salad 6 crackers and off to bed until the next morning. I am not hungry though I do have a hollow feeling in my stomach. I have only lost 33 lbs. I don't exercise at all because I am so tired. I consume with protein bars and shakes 350 in calories and around 200 extra calories mostly crackers and tuna.

Have you guys checked your vitamin b12

Have you checked your iron as well as B12? Both impact energy levels.

That just recently happened to me, I got my blood checked and found out that my iron was severely low...will be getting an iron infusion. Yes I am taking iron pills but my body is not absorbing it.
