Feeling alone & discouraged

I'm having a hard time. I know I need to excercise and eat right, but I'm just not encouraged to do so. How did you all get your minds set? Feeling like I can't never get anything done. I'm on my own my family & friends don't know I had the surgery. The only person that knows is my husband but he doesn't really encourage me or anything. I just need to figure this out. I'm all alone.😔

Find a support group in your area to actual meet up with people or start your own on Meetup or another site. It helps to surround yourself with others who understand.

Haven't had surgery yet (4 day from now), but I don't get alot of support at home. I know I'm by myself in making this work. I'll have to cook all the meals in order to get the right nutrition. Everyone else will eat it, but they won't help. They never have. But I'm doing this for myself first. I can do it by myself because I deserve to treat myself like I'm special, too. You can do it.

Totally understands, my family is doing their own thing and I am doing my own. I go to a monthly support group and have this site for support when I need it. I want the weight release more than anything and I am doing for myself and no one else.
