10 Months Post Op and Can't Lose Weight

Hi everyone! I know most of you are new sleevers but I feel like I am seasoned already!!

I need to know, anyone who is a six months to a year post op, what are you doing to continue weight loss? I have 31 lbs to go and I can't seem to shake it off?!

I just know that my doc said that you loose 60-80% of your excess weight...he said the rest is down to getting your not so fat but down the gym and working it off!!! thats the bit i am not looking forward to!!!! congrats on your weight loss...thats loads in 10 months keep on going even if its 1lb a week you will get there xx x

try changing over to higher fat foods. I'm 6 months out and have definitely slowed down. But if I make a real effort to eat high fat, high calorie foods (along with exercising and drinking) I will loose.

I'm six months out and still losing although at a slower rate. Been making sure i do eat and drink plenty although its a struggle. Am now going to zumba and aquarobics to help and hopefully get rid of my now starting to sag skin...

i am 9 months post op and i eat a balnced diet and cycle to work everyday (7 miles round trip) and it seems to do the trick. Never felt better only time i feel sick is when i eaten too much or too quick
