Thanks Angelia for the post. I'm doing well over here as well. Just a note though, we are actually 19 days post op so we're getting a lil closer to solids than you posted......lol.

Hey Robin, I am already having solids. :-) It's just mushed upped & chewed 25 million times. All kidding aside, yes we are getting much closer.

How do you contact WLA. because I would love to be able to have more than what's on my exit paperwork. I feel as though if I could have more, I could be losing more weight, because I feel like I am at a plateau already.

They are through my doctor, Dr. Velasquez. The plateau is normal. We have to stay off the scale & just do the right things & we will see it eventually begin to move again.

I really enjoyed your post. Im waiting on my surgery date and its been wonderful and soothing to see these uplifting stories. You really have a gift of being able to relate your experiences in such a way as to make others feel like they are on the journey with you. I have said that I was going to take my scale out my bathroom bc it temps me to get on it and right now I just do not want to see it..LOL I just ordered this book called weight loss for dummies which was recommend by my dietician, so I would love to see what recipes they may have while I am on the puree stage. I thank you for responding and please stay encouraged and look forward to speaking with you again.

Hi Shymamichula, bring your own movies. Yes, glory to God, I am doing well. You too will be doing well after your procedure.
