Meditation is a wonderful thing and many can find a peace of mind, body and soul. If this is something you enjoy then yes it wont hurt. I never can sit still long enough to get that relaxed.

Thanks for replaying I was wondering what it was but now I know. And for you downwithdieting I think meditation can be good for any body.
