No I did not eat the gas x but their was a girl in our group that ate the whole box ,she was in a room by her self in the hospital I found her about five hours later as I was walking .i went in her room and she was sick as hell , me and the rest of our group their was five of us got her out of bed and we walked her back to health ,we walked all nite long by the morning she was walking pretty good by her self. Well....from one Htowner to another....good luck. I went to TJ for my surgery almost four years ago. There are parts of fourth and fifth ward here in Houston that look much, much worse than TJ. Downtown TJ looks like any other downtown and the folks are very accommodating.
I don't know anything about your surgeon, but, I can tell you from a security standpoint, you have nothing to worry about.
Just remember, walk, walk and when you get tired, walk some more. Walking is by far and away the quickest path to feeling better quickly. I had the surgery on a Thursday and was back at my desk working half days the following Monday.
When you get further along with your losses, maybe you'd like to join a sleeve group I started here locally. Mostly women, Texas women, and you know what that means. This group is a hoot.
There is another poster on here named Jessiejess that is also from Houston. She lives down close to the coast and she is usually very happy to help.
