Good high protien meal replacement shake for diabetic??

I am preparing for surgery and was advised to use slim fast meal replacement shakes, my concern is the carb and suger content. Can anyone sugest a good meal replacement shake that is high in protien and low carb?

Ensure Light. 12 protein. 1 carb. 0 sugars. only 70 cals, though, not really enough to be a 'meal replacement'

I use premier protein shakes. [160 calories, 1 g of sugar, four carbs, 30 g of protein, 24 vitamins and minerals] It is actually 3 carbs if you subtract the 1 g of dietary fiber. It comes in vanilla, strawberry-banana and chocolate. Now, that I sounded like a sales person.....ask a nutritionist or doctor or nurse about it by listing the nutrition facts when you do speak to them....they would know better than I do.

I use the powder Sunwarrior classic because it's vegan, they also have a new organic version I will try soon. One scoop has 17g of protein and 2 G of carbs. I make my shake with almond milk, PB2 to have extra protein, and organic cocoa, but you can use what you like!
