You click on ticker, there you can put your weight and goal, and if you want to add something you go on "modify your signature"

In options you go on the blue "forum signature", then you can write something that will show under your weight

Just wanted to welcome another fellow Texan to the Forum. I had my sleeve on the 22nd of January so as far as what your next expectation is I have no idea. But you can VENT my way anytime. I find that it helps. HANG IN THERE.

Welcome, I was sleeved on the 27th of Jan. It has only been 8 days and I have lost 14 lbs. I am so excited. I have only 6 more days of clear liquids then I can go to soft foods. This is a wonderful site and you will get alot of help. Good luck and if you need to talk or vent I am here. Thanks!

Welcome! I joined this site 3 years before I had my surgery and it's been a gem for information. My batiatric team couldn't believe how much I knew about the surgery and afterwards lol. I hope you love it here too
