Hi, I haven't been here in a while,I had a cancer scare,but that turned out okay. Need to follow up in May! I was just cleared by physcoligist for surgery! See the nutritionist next week and surgery should be soon! So excited, I can do this and with all your help and support. Looking forward to really exploring this site and following you on your journey as well! Just thankful for a place to turn too!!

Welcome back!! I am glad you came back. I had my sleeve done on the 22nd of January so I am just starting my journey. It is nice to compare notes with someone that is going through the same thing...you, lets say I , do not feel so alone. Tomorrow will be my last clear liquid day [yea, team!!!!]. I am so looking forward to food that has the consistency of baby food [mush]. I have found a lot of good ideas on this site...I hope you enjoy it too.
Just a side note, I had two scares with cancer but got them both beat with surgery. After this surgery, I jokingly tell people that I have no more spare body parts. Take care....and when you see Gigi4 it usually will not be a short note.

Cancer scRe is horrible!!!! So so happy it tunred out good!! Ive had one in 2014!!! Actually made me change ,my whole entire life around and made the decison to get the sleeve!!! Ive had to many. Xrays and ct scans i try my best to eat organic grass fed raw when possible!! Sometimes my purse says no! Lol

And super comgrats on 100lbs!!!!! Are u still loosing??

I got a date - June 8th. Am nervous and excited at the same time. I am having such a hard time right now just staying on track. I lost 20 lbs since December. Now I have stalled on everything. Staying positive and trying to keep my focus where it needs to be. Please keep me in your thoughts. Thanks,
