My energy level is terrible. I'm taking b12 injections weekly but still have no energy. Is there any supplement I can take to help with my energy levels?
At 7 months post I was starting to get energy back. It takes different people different amounts of time to fully recover from the big change.
Probably a dumb question but do you take all the other vitamins your supposed to take?
I would either call your doctor and ask them what you can take or go to pharmacist and explain the situation and ask them is their is any supplements safe for you to take.

I only did the B12 injection once a month for a while and then my levels were so good my Dr. told me to do every other month. I take 2 chewable women's vitamins, 1 "D" vitamin, 1 chewable calcium and 1 B12 vitamin daily. As far as energy mine comes and goes it all depends although it is much, much better since surgery. I have chronic pain and back and jaw issues from a car accident so that hinders my energy some days, but like I said it's so much better since surgery that's for sure. I would definitely talk to your Dr. and get my levels checked just to be on the safe side but remember we are all different and everyones body changes at different times. Good luck
