Down 28 pounds and doing great!!! Trying to adjust eating like a bird, learning that if I don't really slow down when eating and chew better, I'll gag and then throw up immediately. I've learned the key to weight loss is drinking tons of water and lots of protein. I was a big water drinker before and now it is even hard to sip water down. I'm still using a toddler dippy cup for drinking and that helps me get down fluids so much better. Took my first bath yesterday and that felt amazing, so nice looking down at my thighs and noticing them getting smaller. I Did the math and this first month have already saved over $1000 in our entertainment/drinks and dining our budget. I can't imagine over a lifetime how much wealthier this surgery will make me, in wealth of love for my self and wealth of finances.
