yal, I know, I should not gloat, and someone, probably that ninny who hated my hunting pics will, but here is a true story...
I am really at 180 lbs.... 5 lbs UNDER weight..... wearing size 32 jeans, medium underwear, medium shirts, and I do NOT want to get any smaller.
I eat healthy meals, protein first, 200 grams of protein a day by food or drink, professional trainer and work out, with weights, 4 plus days a week. I am sick of losing muscle, trainer tells me to eat, eat, eat. And she is a serious professional, holds an IBB pro card. If you care, look it up.
So the surgery is so successful I am now ADDING calories, like rocky road ice cream, and other slider food, to add calories.
Yes, I hit stall after stall after staff for the first 8 months... I went through all that emotional girationas many here are going through. I did the flipping an flopping, the regretting, the "oh my Gowd I am the only one going through this" stage.
But when I went to the corner and counted myself, I just did not get that far. You will not either.
So enjoy the ride. I ear in another 6 months I will find it easier to gain weight, I hope so. I have ZERO appetite. This week, I am going to pay staff to cook and deliver meals to me every 3 hours. I need that and my schedule is so freaking crazy I can not do it on my own. Wish my GF worked for me, she cares more than anyone. but my professional assistants will if I ask them to.
so my advice to newbies..... ride the wave. Follow the instructions, listen to the veterans, don't get overly emotional, just let the process work. DON'T BE A DRAMA QUEEN. Ask questions when you got them, but don't do it from a drama prospective.
Ladies, sex will be good.
