isn't it amazing?????????????? I felt giddy when I broke 200! it was like I was starting over again, I felt a renewed excitement! it was weird, I started at 252 and even when I was around 205 I just felt like I did on any other diet, yeh I'm losing weight, but kind of feeling in my head that it wouldn't be permanent, that I would fail at this too. I don't know but it sunk in once I broke 200 lbs that this is for real!!!!!!
So happy for you. Keep it up - you're almost there!!!!!!!!!!
