Bod Pod Body Composition Test

Hey everyone! I just wanted to tell you about an experience I had today. Since I have started working out I have been trying hard to track and get an accurate reading of BF %( you really need this for nutritional reasons as well as just knowledge). I had been just using that held held gadget at the gym. I knew it wasnt terribly accurate but the main thing is to use the same device under the same circumstance and usually your numbers will be consistent. So that was ok for me. I was really wanting to fine tune my macros so I looked in to other body composition tests. I found several local places that do the "Bod Pod" I went this morning and it was pretty interesting. It was 6% higher BF than the gym gadget. It also gives you all kids of other useful information like lean body mass, etc... I posted this info on my blog today and will post later this week how I will use this information.
