Where/who did you go with?

Currently pricing up how much it will cost me to get some cosmetic surgery done, though here in England it works out quite expensive so I have decided to consider going abroad to get it done, obviously I will have to consider all the pros and cons before deciding whether to get it done locally or not.
I was wondering where you went to get your cosmetic surgery and if you would recommend them or not and why?
Was looking maybe going to Mexico as there seems to be affordable prices and some good places there but I am still unsure.

I had mine done here in Michigan and will use the same surgeon for other procedures down the road. Check out the site called REALSELF dot com as it is a neutral site that has reviews from patients and pricing from all over the world.
