tips??

Good morning fellow blogers! ,super excited about this new journey about to start in my life, I have struggled being over weight since I could remember ...so today I start my liquid diet so I was wondering if anyone has any good recipes they could suggest to me???

I always have premium protein drinks in the fridge at home and at work.

They taste like a chocolate shake!

I always have ice cold Muscle milk handy, its got 15 grams protein, only 100 calories and it seems to curb my appetite. I am 3 days out until my surgery so it's a god send for the hunger pangs.

Omg suzie I could definitely agree with you the first day I started liquid diet I felt so hungry I didn't know what to do lol

I have learned that I don't like chicken broth...Bleck... Who has a better idea ? I am still on pre-op diet. Protien drinks are fine but they are not clear liquid, Is that ok?

You only need to stay on the clear liquid diet fro four days. the Shakes will be fine from now on. You will find it will take you all day to finish one though. Good luck on your journey.
