Thanks for posting. I always drink a protein shake before working out as a meal replacement. Maybe I should start drinking it after instead... I'm so scared of loose skin. That is the only reason I'm happy how slow I am losing my weight. Hoping it won't be as big of an issue for me since my loss is so slow.
