I am sorry for not getting the time to post more frequently in my last post " Finally Sleeved ( link below) i mentioned i'd post my full experience with Dr.Almanza but sadly, i haven't done so.

Quick updates: Just ALMOST 4 months post op and i have lost just about 91lbs. I havent been tracking inches but those numbers will come soon enough. It's important for me to track inches as i am back in the gym with a personal trainer and i know i am building lots of muscle so the scale's reading isnt really going to be a true reflection of whats happening.
I'm down from a 44-46 inch pants to a 36 and a XXXL tee to a Large now.
