I would have never guessed you weigh 160. You are so tiny! It's incredible that such a transformation took place in less than a year. I can't even imagine how you wrap your head around it. You are one amazing success story! Way to go! You look smashing!!!

It's been quite a journey, and I haven't been able to wrap my head all around it yet. Still working on that one.
How I eat? I eat clean foods, I make all my dinners from scratch, using a lot of greens and vegetables. I eat a lot of chicken, and salmon. In addition I eat cottage cheese, youghurts with no added sugar and extra protein. I try to live a normal life, and my only "unnormal" thing must be that I don't do sugary foods and drinks at all anymore. Haven't touched sweets, cakes, sodas etc. in 14 months!
