I want to cry!
I know hair loss would be apart of this but there is so much of it. I am starting to have bald spots and that is saying a lot considering I had really thick hair. I actually don't even want to go out on dates and have shut myself in its so bad. I don't know what to do. It comes out in hand fulls
I need help

Its hard when your hair is part of your identity. This is how I was also. I had thick curly long hair and lost a ton of it. I had to cut mine to a bob and I now straighten it every day.

This too shall pass. Make sure your getting your vitamins and eating your protein.

Mine has stopped falling out but for a while there it was very depressing.

I was at the seminar on Saturday and had heard about this part of it, I can't lie, I am really concerned, I have great hair, having been overweight most of my life this was my personal identity so I can understand it, the doctor assured me that I will not go bald and it is another part of the process. Stick with it and your hair will come back......concentrate on your better health and doing the things you love. Take your vitamins and protein. All will be well. I have always had thin hair. Wen mine started coming out I went to my beautician and had her cut most of the length off and she recommended using shampoo/conditioner and leave in that's designed for this. My hair has almost completely stopped falling out. Just make sure you're getting your vitamins and remember this is only a small price to pay to be healthy. Good luck and stop worrying. It will all be OK
