4 months post op update......

Hi everyone, it's been a while again so thought I would give you an update....

I am 4 months post op and today have hit 6 stone weight loss which is 84 lbs! I cannot believe how much I have lost in such a short space of time. I have gone from a 28-30 in clothes to a 22 now. I still have a long way to go but wouldn't have lost half of this without my sleeve.

I have 3 more pounds to go to be out of the 20 stone bracket. This is the lightest I have been in nearly 10 years!
