Leicester weight loss support group

I am helping to support a support group at the Spire Hospital in Leicester on the last Saturday of each month 10.30 to 12.30
We have set up a Facebook page called Leicester Weight Loss Surgery Support Group - feel free to join
If you can make the next meeting on November 29th please come along - it would be lovely to meet everyone so we can support each other.
The meeting is in the boardroom near to the reception

Hi - I'm hoping to make it to the next one. I've been in Australia visiting family the last couple of weeks, but would be great to see other people and give and receive support. I'm such a big fan of Chris Sutton!

It was lovely to see more people at the support group last week
Hopefully we planned out some things to do for the future
We shared a simple recipe where you get a tortilla wrap, spread tomato purée on top of it and then grate cheese. Different toppings like chicken, tuna etc can be put on and then you simply place under the grill for about 5 mins till it is crispy round the edge and the cheese is melted - a simple alternative to a pizza
Next meeting will be in 2 weeks time - same time and same place
