Down about 75lbs and 11" on the waist!
The title says it all, I'm almost 3 months out. I haven't worked out much with all my kids sports, I coach 3 different sports and have a busy work schedule. I need to find time to walk and lift weights more.
Biggest thing with the drop in inches is that I don't have to shop in the Big & Tall section anymore!
