What exactly do you want from us if the truth is too difficult to swallow (pun intended)? I honestly don't get the point of posting such a flame worthy OP and then blowing smoke about it.

I advise you to call your nutritionist and get a written schedule for a healing diet and follow it. However, you are free to do what you like. Just as I am free to express my opinion on "your" thread.

I lost 25 pounds on my (2 month) pre-surgical diet and my weight the date of surgery was 290.

Hmm no more replies? I'm thinking this was a troll that was just posting to see how many pissed off replies he could get. It's happened before out here

I am concerned about this from a different aspect I think because I didn't see anyone else ask this. How much of these dishes were you able to eat? Did you chew them to the consistency of apple sauce, eat slowly, and swallow in tiny quantities? Did you eat because you were actually hungry or maybe for some other reason? How long did it take to eat it? Did you feel pain or restriction?
I ask because when I was that far out, I could barely take in 2oz of a protien shake without feeling pain. When i started purees, I felt what is called plugging where you swallow too much or don't chew well enough so food backs up at the entry to your stomach. Extremely painful! So I am wondering how you were physically able to eat actual food without pain. I'd be asking the doctor exactly how big your sleeve is. From what I went through, it was not physically possible to do it. I followed my plan because pain made me. So maybe your surgeon needs to know that you are able to do this. Maybe he/she has some explaining to do.
I really hope you get back on track. You know what to do. Stop blaming yourself and know that you have what it takes to do this. You didn't go through everything it takes to have this surgery for nothing. Remember why you had the surgery and start over. You are in control here. Start over.
