What to pack for gastric sleeve Mexico

Surgery coming up in a couple of weeks.... What to pack for Mexico gastric sleeve??? Both my son and I will be having surgery!!!

Pack gas X strips
Warm clothing ( it's a bit chilly here for me at least) 17 degrees or so . but with surgery it makes you feel cold. At least a few of the others here said so as well
Pack some safety pins to pin your drain to your clothing so it doesn't just hang there.

I've heard some mention to walk with a heating pad and extension cord, i didn't but that may be something you can bring. It is supposed to help with the gas.

Some US cash to shop around Tijuana with for any souvenirs and such.

That's about it really, Dr.Almanza and his team took care of everything else for me.

Extension cords are a must if ya like to charge your stuff by the bed.

I just got my birth certificate so I can apply for a passport now. I think its time to schedule my surgery :-)

They told me that I would need a passport, so I thought you had to have one to cross the border. I haven't been down there since 9/11. Anyone have problems getting back without one?
